My understanding is Veteran's Septic , Shawn Cambell has taken over the septic service for Halls. He never calls you back after leaving him messages for days. Don't waste your time calling. They obviously don't need work or care about customers. Service 0 -1 stars.

Believe the bad reviews. Just called them to ask about a service, and as I spoke, the rude CSR said “no ma’am” over and over. Here’s some free advice: Listen, then respond. You’re welcome!

Great time great service. If there is a problem. If you won't the job done right when you ask for a delivery ask for Shorty. Best worker they have.

Slow, expensive, vague about scheduling, no ETA, no follow up, rude staff. I will never use or recommend Hall's to anyone. (Call Beach Septic Services instead! They are $100 cheaper, can give you a specific time they will be there and their employees are incredibly kind.)
